Meet the Green Doctor Team
Our Greatest Assets
Dr Mahesh Shah
MBBS, NTDip
Dr Mahesh Shah is a medical doctor who works as a general practitioner. He also has a diploma in naturopathic nutrition and works as a functional and naturopathic practitioner as well.
After growing up and schooling in London, Dr Shah studied medicine in Yorkshire at the Hull York Medical School, graduating with MBBS in 2010. He then completed general practice training in London with the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2015.
Working in general practice has given him a wonderful opportunity of being at the heart of the community, understanding needs and helping people in various ways.
However, there is an ever-increasing number of people suffering from a myriad of health problems such high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, obesity etc.
People are also increasingly experiencing persistent and often debilitating symptoms and conditions such as bloating, indigestion, food intolerances, allergies, skin issues, brain fog, hormonal imbalances, and anxiety.
Dr Shah sprang into action, wanting to find solutions. He delved into the plethora of research and learnt about the wonders of nutrition and lifestyle changes for one’s health and wellbeing. Inspired, this passion led him to a qualification in naturopathic nutrition, and to do educational talks and presentations for the public and medical professionals.
As a GP, he also values and appreciates the importance of a service befitting one’s individualised health needs. And so, he has teamed up with Dr Seeta Shah who is also a medical doctor, and their highly experienced friend and colleague Dominica Collis, who is a herbalist and naturopathic practitioner. Together, The Green Doctor team can help support and empower you on your personal holistic journey to healing and better wellbeing.
